One of the things that came up at the Pittsburgh meeting was a service that offers free help with chores around the house. Need a light bulb changed? Or a minor repair tended to? Perhaps transportation to the doctor and back? Then call Open Your Heart To a Senior.
Depending upon schedule and availability, a volunteer will come over to your home and assist you if you meet their qualifications.
