I’m suffering from nerve damage that started when I took the wrong combination of meds a number of years ago. I’m 76 and the symptoms have gotten worse over the past few years. My sleep is interrupted about 7 times a night when I take a hot shower to calm the nerves. This routine is leaving me more and more tired during the day and I often wonder “How will I ever make it through this?” I’m hoping relationships with people in the same situation might improve my attitude.
PS I take cannabis gummies, tinctures, and Ibuprophen and Tylenol 3 nightly.
